One of my greatest passions is watching my clients get better from workout to workout, do things they never thought they could do and reach their health and training goals – and I have an arsenal of knowledge, tactics and resources that I apply to accomplish this.
Many “Personal Trainers” are first and foremost in the business of selling products, add-on services, upgraded memberships and cookie-cutter workout and nutrition programs. It’s products and services they sell first – not results. Personal Training is a business, after all. Personal Training is also an easy-to-enter and very high-turnover industry. Many “Personal Trainers” get an easy, online “certification” that really only proves they have a valid credit card and an internet connection. They try to make a living as a trainer and build a clientele – which isn’t easy and takes a lot of time, patience, heart and dedication – and they leave the industry in less than a year. The turn-over statistics for the industry are quite appalling.
All too often, a trusting and hard-working client receives either a too-long, machine-based and overly-complicated program that results in boredom, stagnation and frustration or a too-intense program that pushes them too hard, too soon, without a proper foundation and results in injury. Either way, that client won’t get where they want to go.

How We Do It…
We start by building a strong foundation in basic movement, mobility and flexibility using low-tech and no-tech methods including Kettlebell training, body-weight exercises and specialized methods and tools that address your specific challenges and weak areas. We slowly and safely progress into more advanced and more intense training as your individual strengths are maximized and refined and your specific weaknesses are systematically addressed and eliminated.
