Over the past 12 years, I’ve coached hundreds through physical and fitness transformations in both group and one-on-one formats. Currently, I take a very limited number of local clients for longer-term, individualized, one-on-one coaching.
Using kettlebells and other tools and techniques I’ve spent a lifetime learning, creating and refining, I consistently move regular, working men and women to exceptional physical results.
