I searched UC resources, saw countless doctors, specialists and spent thousands of dollars on tests, herbs and meds over the years with poor results.
The search to heal my gut was frustrating and worse, my quality of life was eroding.
Thankfully my research led me to Adam. He has been a true lifesaver. I wouldn’t be where I am today without Adam. He understands UC solutions are unique to each UC sufferer.
As soon as I started working with him he told me what foods to eliminate and what foods to add.
It was not easy. It is very tough and requires discipline, but with Adam walking alongside me the results are amazing.
Because of Adam, I turned quickly around and began healing.
He combines his personal UC experience, scientific background and holistic approach and helped get my UC under control, and more importantly, keep it under control.
He asked good questions and listened to fully understand what I needed to begin healing. He does not rush, is very responsive, and always available. Adam continues to help me with his keen insight, experience and realistic approach that works.
I have learned a lot from Adam and continue learning through his coaching today. I am so thankful to Adam. He is responsible for helping free me from pain and get back control of my life.”

Adam has been an incredible resource on my healing journey with ulcerative colitis.
Ever since being diagnosed, my health care providers have given very little attention to diet, but my intuition was telling me it had to be an important piece of the puzzle.
I’ve tried a few diets, without success, and was getting frustrated trying to make sense of this UC puzzle. I finally did a web search for ulcerative colitis health coach and found Adam’s website.
After reading just one of his articles, I was certain he could help me build a proactive plan to get my health back on track.
Not only has Adam helped me design an eating plan that is helping my body heal but he also takes a holistic approach to optimal health, making sure sleep, appropriate exercise, and stress-reducing activities are part of the equation.
And since working with Adam, the UC symptoms have improved to the point where my primary care doctor wants to reduce my medication dosages (and eventually ditch the meds altogether!).“
I’m so grateful for his guidance, thank you Adam!

To start off I’d like to say that Adam has been a wonderful influence on my journey through my IBD experience.
A little background on me: I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2014 and it was a very disheartening experience for me.
From 2014-2020 I had major flare ups and a lot of depression from the disease that was haunting me. At the peak of my flare ups, I was using the bathroom around 16 to 18 times a day and was not able to sleep throughout the night at all. To say the least I was miserable. Like everyone with our condition I wanted relief so I was trying everything I could.
Not knowing anything, I dove into trying certain diets and herbal medicine on my own and found zero relief from what I had tried.
I began to research health coaches to help with my condition. I tried one coach and started to get some relief from what they recommended. Soon after, he gave up and just stopped communicating with me completely. It was extremely difficult for me to understand, but at least I had a foundation to work with from what little relief I had received from him.
Then I found Adam.
I emailed Adam about his program and we spoke via email a few times. I really liked what he was recommending so I committed to working with him.
I was in a very bad flare up when I started working with Adam in the beginning.
At the time, I was also working with my GI doctor and discovered I had E-Coli which was very detrimental to my condition. My GI doctor and I were working on correcting that issue but of course he was pushing heavy medications and I am completely against the heavy hitting drugs.
After a few months of working with Adam and my GI doctor, I decided to do a regime of Ucerus and Lialda. During that time, Adam was very helpful. We figured out a plan about how I should go about taking the medications and the way I should approach everything with my GI doctor.
Adam was supporting me and working with me through the mental race that I had to complete, because I was feeling defeated from dealing with everything.
From day one, Adam was generally concerned and would check in on me and made sure I was in the correct place mentally.
Over the next few months of working with him, I had developed a very great outlook on everything. Most of it was from the support I received from Adam and my wife.
During the first few months we worked on a diet plan for me and slowly figured out what I could and could not have in my regular diet.
There was and still is a lot of trial and error but Adam was extremely patient with me even through the cheating that I had done because, face it we are all humans.
Coming to the end of my program with him I have realized that Adam was a huge factor in where I am mentally and physically. I now have the will power and the correct habits to say I can continue my journey of defeating this disease.
If anyone has any doubts about working with Adam, I can say hands down this was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made.
I will always have some form of communication with him to help me stay at ease mentally and to give me the confidence to defeat this disease.
I can honestly say, this is the best I have felt since before I was diagnosed with UC.
I am in the best place I have ever been mentally and physically. In closing, I want to say that this was probably the best decision I have ever made and wouldn’t think twice about working with Adam all over again.”
